ARMY RESERVE SOLDIERS PARTICIPATE IN LARGEST ROMANIAN EXERCISE SINCE WWII

BABADAG TRAINING AREA, Romania Working side-by-side, Army Reserve Soldiers from the 7th Army Reserve Command (ARCOM) trained with their new Romanian allies during the largest bilateral training exercise in Romania since the end of World War II.

Army Reserve Soldiers from the 7th ARCOM participated in Romanian Exercise (ROMEX) 2005 in July, providing force protection to all personnel involved in the event. Thirty-two Army Reserve Soldiers, along with military police from the Romanian Army and an anti-terrorism protection force from Bucharest, provided security for approximately 1,400 military personnel and civilians during ROMEX 2005 in Babadag.
